🚗 Delivery & Pick-Up Structure
Delivery Fee ranges from $8-$18, depending on location
Delivery Window: Mondays, 6–8 PM
Clients must be available within the window, unless directed otherwise via order checkout.
If client is late/unavailable:
Driver waits 5 minutes → After that → $10 redelivery fee or pickup next day
Pickup Times are strictly enforced, Pickup Address is sent after Payment
If a client misses pickup: Next-day pickup only (no refund)
💳 Payment Methods
Payment due at the time of orders
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
No Payment = No Order. No “I’ll pay later,” no holds.
💸 Refunds & Cancellations
All TUEKitchen Order are FINAL, there are No refunds after payment.
If Rain cancels (family emergency, health, etc.), refund or credit issued same day.
If the client cancels after paying → credit only (no expiration).
📦 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after payment and client receives a confirmation message within 24 hours of Payment.
❄️ Food Safety Protocols
Aligned with ServSafe & Georgia food handling guidelines:
Gloves worn at all times
Hair fully covered
Temperature logs maintained
Raw and cooked foods separated
All items cooled safely before sealing
Surfaces sanitized every 90 minutes
No outside guests/children in the kitchen during prep/cook days
💬 Communication
All communication via business page, email, or text.
No orders taken through Snapchat, TikTok, or personal DMs.

👩🏾🍳 Professional Conduct
TUEKitchen maintains the right to refuse service for:
Rude behavior
Harassment
Disrespect of time or boundaries
Repeated late payments
Excessive last-minute changes

We accommodate mild/moderate allergies but cannot guarantee an allergy-free kitchen. Ingredients are listed on all menus, it is at the clients digression to view menus prior to ordering.

🧠 Mental Health Operational Boundaries
Because TUEKitchen is aligned with Magically Mental Society:
No Work on Thursdays after 4pm.
No work past 10 PM on regular operational days
No cooking during manic spikes or depressive crashes
Surge day rescheduling allowed (refund/credit provided)
